  • FinancialTransactions are processed via secure bank transfer. Swiplay never stores full credit card numbers.

2. Purpose of Processing

Data is processed for:

  • Execution of billing and payment mandates (Legal obligation).
  • Fraud prevention and Anti-Money Laundering (KYC).
  • Service improvement (anonymized analytics).
